Many of you have been getting bombarded with inquiries about the LSP letters and what we at BLET are doing to combat this. We view this much like you as yet another unwarranted and unsolicited attack on our TY&E members. The BNSF once again took it upon themselves to incite the membership and blame our membership for all that troubles them. Attached please find a letter that was sent late yesterday to the VP and AVP levels at BNSF advising them they have not complied with the agreement nor do they maintain the right to impose unilateral changes until the steps in the agreement are complied with.

As of the writing of this email, there has been no reply from anyone at BNSF. If you received a letter requesting Dr. Notes and did not go to the doctor, provide a brief explanation that you or an immediate family member were ill and utilized your LSP days for intermittent illness.
